Commercial Property Management

LDG is responsible for handling all construction and property management in house. Much of their experience was derived from their hands on approach to contrucstion while working as project managers for several key projects under the employment of IBM.

Formed Longhitano & Son’s Construction Company primarily for the construction of single family homes. 100 homes built in the New York area.

Acquisition and development of fonner city courthouse into retail comn1ercial building in downtown New Rochelle, New York.

Acquisition and development of fonner manufacturing building into residential apartments in New Paltz, New York.

Construction of 20,000 square feet of retail building located in downtown New Rochelle, New York.

Acquisition and construction of the former Witney Paine Estate into 56-unit residential apartment complex located in the Town of Esopus, New York .

Acquisition and construction of the forn1er Freeman Press Building into mix use residential and commercial building in downtown Kingston, New York
Acquisition and development of former Y.M.C.A. into medical arts building containing 75,000 square feet of office space located in downtown, New Rochelle, New York.
